Dr. Dan Kloster grew up in North Dakota and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of the Minnesota. He graduated from the University of Kansas with his medical degree, and also completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Kansas. He was fellowship trained at Massachusetts General Hospital in chronic and cancer pain. He has taught interventional pain techniques for several medical corporations, and has been involved in physician education for many years. He is currently the national medical director of physician education for Flowonix.
Our mission is to alleviate pain and suffering no matter of the cause. We educate patients regarding the source of their pain, as well as the treatment options available. We believe strongly that informed patients have better outcomes, and become active participants in their care. We do this in a professional, caring, and compassionate environment.
Is Dr. Kloster a free standing clinic?
NO — Dr. Kloster is out patient based working out of an out patient facility… IE : Menorah Medical Center & Research Brookside Campus
How am I billed?
You will receive two statements one for Interventional Pain Management Specialists which is Dr. Kloster’s charge and one for the technical/facility which is the hospital at which you are seeing Dr. Kloster at… IE : Menorah Medical Center & Research Brookside Campus.
Do you take Medicaid?
NO — we do not except Medicaid as a primary insurance but we will bill secondary as a courtesy… ( it is up to your insurance company to process and pay the claim )
